A to Z recently installed Bahama shutters on my new home in Gulf Shores. The whole process could not have gone better! From our first meeting with Terri, through the installation our experience was great.

Installation was completed ahead of schedule. The installers were exceptional. We arrived home midway through their installation. Both installers stopped working and introduced themselves. When the installation was completed, they made sure we were happy with their job, then thoroughly explained how to operate and maintain the shutters.

The quality of the shutters and installation far exceeded our expectations. Great Job!

Our new bahama shutters are BEAUTIFUL! The A to Z team is great (Thanks, Terri!). The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 8 weeks we were quoted got extended by a month or so. Stuff happens, but we do love the shutters. 🙂

I'd recommend A to Z Shutters to anyone needing hurricane/storm protection to their home. My home needed three types of shutters to protect vulnerable windows – board and batten for large double windows, accordions for the back facing a forest and Bahamas for second-floor dormers. It's not just the glass that's at risk in high winds. The seals can break and soon your windows will start to fog. Installation happened yesterday – the fit is perfect and they look terrific. These shutters are expensive but, the way they're made justifies the cost. They're very sturdy and they operate with ease. The A to Z team was a pleasure to work with, professional and accurate, from the first to last encounter. Hurricanes and storms? No worries – I'll just close the shutters and be at peace.

A to Z Shutter Masters did a great job of building and installing our storm shutters. It was a long wait because they're busy, but they gave us the time schedule up front and were then prompt with the delivery. Communication was excellent and we are very happy with their service.

Can't say enough good things about A to Z Shutters! In a world that feels like customer service is dead this company was polite, prompt and had good communication from day 1. They completed the job in the stated time frame. Prices were reasonable too. Thank you to Terri, TJ and the 2 men who installed the shutters! Would definately recommend.
